Es una forma de edulcorar sin utilizar edulcorantes.

La puedes usar en tostadas, yogures, con requesón natural, para bizcochos tartas, etc..

Se trata de dejar los dátiles naturales a remojo durante 12 o 24 h, luego les quitas el hueso y con la minipimmer y un poquiiito de agua los bates bien hasta quedar una pasta.
