Cantidades a ojo.

INGREDIENTES:


Para la base necesitamos.

  • Avena.
  • Anacardos.
  • Almendras.
  • Dátiles.
  • Bebida vegetal de avena, pero podéis usar la que más os guste. La cantidad es hasta que la masa esté espesa pero sin estar muy líquida.


Para el relleno.

  • 120g de tofu cremoso.
  • Dátiles.
  • Bebida vegetal de avena, 1 vaso más o menos.
  • Vainilla en polvo.
  • Agar Agar 1 sobre, eso mirar las instrucciones, ya que depende del líquido que utilicéis

    Para la cobertura de fresa.
  • Fresas.
  • Arándanos.
  • Dátiles.
  • Agua.

PREPARACIÓN:

  • Para la base: triturar todo y meter al horno unos 10 min más o menos.
  • Para el relleno: triturar todo y verter en un cazo hasta que hierva, más o menos 5 min.
  • Para la cobertura: lo mismo, poner a hervir toda fruta con un poco de agua y triturar todo, mientras más agua le pongas más líquida quedará.

  • En el molde: poner la primera capa que es la base, cuando esté horneada añadir el relleno, dejar que se enfríe (nevera) y luego cuando desmoldeis la tarta, podéis añadir la cobertura
