  • 1/2 taza de copos de avena (60 g)
  • 1 y 1/2 tazas de leche vegetal (375 ml)
  • 2 cucharaditas de sucralosa o pasta de dátil si no quereis usar edulcorante.
  • 2 plátanos
  • Frambuesas


  1. Echa los copos de avena y la leche en un cazo u olla y cocina a fuego medio hasta que la avena esté lista (unos 10 ó 15 minutos), removiendo de vez en cuando.
  2. Sirve las gachas en dos boles y echa el azúcar moreno por encima (una cucharadita para cada bol), con el calor se derretirá como si fuera un sirope.
  3. Añade el plátano troceado (uno para cada bol) y frambuesas al gusto.

Se recomienda hacerlo la noche anterior para tenerlo listo y sabroso. A disfrutarlo!
