INGREDIENTES
- Coliflor rayada en crudo
- Dos huevos
- Harina integral de espelta o cualquier otra.
- Sal y especias.
- Verduritas a la plancha las que queráis
- Pavo o pollo desmigado.
- Acompañé con dos patatitas pequeñas a la freidora por aire.
PREPARACIÓN
- Rayada la coliflor y hechos a la sartén las verduras y el pavo o pollo, ponemos en un bol la coliflor rayada, los dos huevos y un poco de harina, también la sal y las especias que querais. Lo batimos con la batidora hasta formar una pasta más o menos uniforme.
- Ponemos en una sartén antiadherente algo de aceite de oliva y repartimos con pincel de silicona o papel.
- Echamos en medio la mezcla y con el culo del tenedor vamos extendiendola dejándola uniforme y no muy fina que si nó se rompe.
- Dejamos que se haga por un lado y con cuidado le damos la vuelta y que se haga por el otro.
- Rellenamos con las verduras y pollo o pavo y podemos enrollarlo o hacer como en las creperías, por la mitad y por la mitad hasta dejar un triangulito.
- A disfrutar!
