
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 Por persona: Gamba, Galera, Gambón.
- 1 calamar de pota.
- 1 trozo de merluza o el pescado que os guste sin espinas.
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra.
- Agua
- Sal
- Fideos o puntitos de pasta.
- 1 cebolla y 1 tomate.
- caldo de pescado.
PREPARACIÓN:
- Se pone aceite en una olla y s ele da una vuelta al marisco por separado, primero las gambas luego las galeras y luego los cambones. y se apartan.
- Cortamos el pescado y el calamar en trocitos y rallamos cebolla y tomate.
- En la misma olla donde hemos hecho el marisco, echamos el pescado y el calamar para que se haga dándole unas vueltas con una pizquita de sal.
- Luego echamos la cebolla y el tomate rayados y dejamos pochar
- Cuando está todo pochado, se echa el caldo y dejamos que hierva a fuego medio.
- Echamos unos 20 mins antes de comer un puñadito de pasta y listo.
- Para darle un toquecito muy sabroso se le puede echar un taponcito de Licor Ricard que venden en Mercadona. Es asi anisadito y le da un nosequé que no sabe nadie. Sh…. jaja.
