  • 4 berengenas grandes laminadas a lo largo.
  • Verduras para relleno. En este caso zanahoria,pimientos,cebolla y champiñones
  • Carne a trocitos pequeños o pescado o soha texturizada. En este caso ternera a trozos muy pequeños.
  • Sal y especias oregano pimienta perejil y ajo en polvo
  • Tomate frito apto o triturado.
  • Queso rallado y laminas de queso.
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra.


  • Hacemos el relleno con las verduras la carne y las especias y el tomate frito o triturado.
  • Laminamos las berengenas a modo de laminas de pasta a lo largo y apartamos.
  • Ponemos horno a 175 grados arriba y abajo.
  • En bandeja de horno grande ponemos aceite de oliva en la base para que no se pegue.
  • Vamos montando una capa de berengena otra de relleno y otra de laminas de queso. Asi tres capas finalizando con capa de berengena y el queso rallado y oregano.
  • Al horno hasta que veais que está hecho.
  • A fisfrutar!
