INGREDIENTES

  • Masa para pizza de semillas de mercadona o cualquier otra masa que pueda doblarse.
  • 2 calabacines, un puerro.
  • Un huevo
  • 100g de queso de untar light ( tipo Filadelfia. El arla o el del mercadona son aptos.
  • Sal, y pimienta
    PREPARACIÓN
  • Se pone a pochar el puerro muy picado( que le cuesta más hacerse) mientras en un bol se ralla los calabacines, se le añade el queso, el puerro ya pochado ,parte del huevo,( reservamos un poco para pintar la empanada) lo revolvemos todo y salpimentamos al gusto.
    Estiramos un poco la masa de pizza y colocamos en la mitad el contenido resultante del bol ( como hacer una empanadilla gigante) dejando los bordes libres para que se pegue la masa, una vez cerrada la pintamos con huevo , la pinchamos con el tenedor cada 4cm más o menis para que salgan los vapores y con el horno precalentado 10 minutos a 180° la metemos durante 25 minutos calor arriba y abajo.
