INGREDIENTES:

  • 5 Placas de gelatina.
  • 2 claras.
  • 2 vasos de leche.
  • 1 ramita de canela.
  • Corteza de limón
  • Edulcorante al gusto (o no)

PREPARACIÓN:

  • Poner en remojo con agua fría 5 placas de gelatina,mientras batir a punto de nieve 2 claras.
  • Ponemos en un cazo al fuego 2 vasos de leche con una ramita de canela, corteza de limón y 2 cucharadas de Stevia o edulcorante..
  • Dejar hervir unos 5-10 minutos.
  • Luego colarlo y añadir la gelatina escurrida a la leche y batir bien que se deshaga la gelatina.
  • Añadir las claras montadas a punto de nieve de forma envolvente y ponerlo en un molde con papel de horno.
  • Enfriar unas 3 horas a la nevera.
