  • Harina de avena.
  • Leche.
  • Queso batido.
  • Dátiles.
  • Láminas de gelatina.
  • Fresas.


  • Base: Mezclamos leche con la harina de avena, la expandimos por toda la base de forma uniforme. ( Cantidades hasta que rellenéis la base )
  • Mezcla: el queso batido ( una tarrina ) mezclamos con 10 dátiles grandes los ponemos a hervir y justo antes de hervir añadimos la gelatina. Lo volvamos a la base y reservamos en lugar frió. Por último picamos las fresas (unas ocho) en un cazo con un poco de agua a fuego medio hasta que se quede a modo de mermelada. Se añade y al frigorífico. Mejor comer al día siguiente. Buen provecho!!!
