  • 2 Pimientos bien grandes para rellenar
  • Un vasito brillante de quinoa real roja y blanca.
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra,
  • Sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, orégano y perejil (especias las que querais, yo he usado esas)
  • Verduras las que querais en trozos muy pequeñitos
  • Queso fresco
  • Tomate tamizado o frito (El del Aldi es muy apto de la marca Gutbio es el que he usado)


  • Hacemos las verduras a medias, no del todo en una sarten con algo de aceitito.
  • Calentamos el vasito de quinoa un minuto al micro con la tapa un poquito abierta y lo echamos a las verduritas.
  • Echamos todas las especias y que se hagan un poquito y luego unas cucharaditas de tomate y meneamos un poco. Apartamos del fuego.
  • En una bandeja de horno, ponemos papel vegetal y los pimientos partidos por la mitad y vaciados de pepitas y de la carne del medio.
  • Y vamos rellenando y presionando un poco los pimientos hasta que estén a tope de llenos.
  • Ponemos una cortadita de queso fresco y espolvoreamos algo de orégano por encima.
  • Al horno a 170º hasta que veamos que ya están.

    1. es un grano, puede ser integral o blanca o roja tiene parte de hidratos y parte de proteina y está muy buena. 😀 yo la uso en vasitos que venden aqui que los calientas un minuto al microrondas pero se puede hervir como el arroz 😛
