Sardinas con Patatas y pimiento verde al horno

Ingredientes:
2 patatas medianas.
Medio pimiento verde.
1 diente de ajo.
1 Lata de sardinas en aceite de oliva.
2 cucharadas soperas de aceite.
Medio brick de vino blanco.
Especias al gusto (yo he usado finas hierbas y orégano).

Elaboración:
1- Cortamos el ajo, las patatas y el pimiento.(las patatas finitas que si no no terminan de hacerse)
2-Añadimos el aceite, las especias y el vino blanco, a las patatas con la verdura.
3- Las dejamos a 200 grados 20 minutos y removemos.
4- Las dejamos 15 minutos y ponemos por encima las sardinas de lata previamente escurridas.
5-Añadimos un poco más de vino blanco y las dejamos tostarse. Cuando el vino se evapore removemos y 10 minutos después están listas.

(los tiempos son orientativos, depende del horno de cada uno)
