  • 1 Calabacín y 1 zanahoria.
  • 3 huevos
  • Queso rallado apto.
  • Pavo o pollo apto (más del 80% de carne) o pechuga de pollo o pavo desmenuzada.
  • Especias: Pimienta, orégano.
  • Sal


  • Rallar el calabacín y la zanahoria.
  • Mezclar con los 3 huevos, el queso rallado y las especias.
  • En una bandeja de horno ponemos papel de horno y esparcimos la mezcla a lo largo, que se esparza.
  • Horneamos a 180º unos 20 minutos.
  • Lo sacamos y hacemos un rollo con lonchas de queso dentro y el pavo o pollo.
  • Por encima ponemos queso rallado y servimos.
