
Mucha gente aún no tiene claros los alimentos que son hidratos de los que son proteínas, me pasa constantemente en el canal… Así que he buscado información y una lista de alimentos que son en su mayoría hidratos de carbono y otra con los que son mayormente proteína.
Las proteínas son básicamente la fuente de energía consumida a través de los alimentos. Gracias a ellas se desarrollan músculos, uñas y cabello. Están formadas por aminoácidos que lamentablemente no se almacenan en el organismo, por lo que es preciso ingerirlos todos los días.
Los alimentos en los que puede encontrarse proteínas son la carne y el pescado, las aves y algunas plantas y frutos secos.
Los carbohidratos aportan aproximadamente el 70% de la energía diaria que nuestro cuerpo precisa para poder funcionar correctamente. El metabolismo, el sistema nervioso y los músculos los necesitan para poder funcionar y desarrollarse de forma correcta.
Si un cuerpo carece de suficientes carbohidratos, el organismo utilizará las proteínas ingeridas para producir energía, lo que supone un desgaste considerable. No obstante, si se ingiere demasiados carbohidratos, las proteínas podrían convertirse en grasa. Hay que intentar mantener un equilibrio entre estos dos grupos de nutrientes.
Los carbohidratos pueden encontrarse en frutas, verduras, cereales y en los productos lácteos.

- PAN Y CEREALES, PASTA, INTENTAR QUE SEAN SIEMPRE INTEGRALES.
- ARROZ.
- LEGUMBRES: Tienen proteína también pero también son carbohidratos.
- TUBÉRCULOS: PATATA, YUCA, BONIATO, BATATA…
- MAÍZ
- GUISANTES
ALIMENTOS QUE SON PROTEÍNA
- CARNES Y PESCADOS
- LEGUMBRES: aunque son carbohidratos también muchas.
- CACAHUETES: son una legumbre, no un fruto seco.
- MARISCO.
- SOJA
- PRODUCTOS LÁCTEOS.
- AVENA
- HUEVOS: que son los que tienen la proteína de mejor calidad, con los 9 aminoácidos, la más completa y encima no producen colesterol. Si comes uno o dos todos los días no sube el colesterol, aunque lo tienen en gran cantidad pero no pasa a nuestro organismo así que.. a comer Huevos!
