
INGREDIENTES:
- 100 gr de harina de espelta integral.
- 1 huevo o claras de huevo
- Aceite de oliva virgen
- leche
- Si es salado podemos poner especias, si es dulce canela y/o cacao 100%
PREPARACIÓN:
- En un bol lo ponemos todo y batimos con minipimmer o batidora.
- Ponemos una sartén antiadherente al fuego y ponemos un poco de aceite y repartimos con servilleta o pincel de silicona.
- Echamos la mezcla en el centro de la sartén y la movemos en circulos para que se reparta.
- Dejamos que se haga por un lao, luego le damos la vuelta con una espátula y por el otro lado.
- Rellenar con lo que queramos.
