INGREDIENTES

  • Carne picada (de lo que más te guste)
  • Comino, pimienta negra molida, pimentón dulce, cilantro en polvo, jengibre.
  • Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra.
  • Sal
  • Pimiento, cebolla.
  • 3/4 huevos
  • Queso rallado.

PREPARACIÓN

  • Poner la carne picada en un bol, y se añade la sal, el comino, pimienta, pimentón dulce, cilantro en polvo, jengibre y se amasa muy bien.
  • Mientras sofreimos con aceite de oliva pimiento rojo, verde y cebolla.
  • Poner la carne picada encima de aluminio y hacer un rectángulo y encima poner el queso rallado ,las verduras, 3 o 4 huevos hervidos cortados en rodajitas en fila en el medio y enrollamos bien apretadito con el aluminio.
  • Lo vuelvemos a enrollar con otro papel de aluminio y 40mints al horno a 180º.
  • Cuando pase ese tiempo quitamos el aluminio y apartamos el caldito.
  • Pincelar con aceite de oliva el rollo y hornear 15 mints hasta que se dore.
  • Servir con la salsita
