
INGREDIENTES:
- Frutos secos naturales
- Platanos y zanahorias
- Canela, nuez moscada
- Levadura
- 1 huevo
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra
- Leche de coco o aceite de coco y coco rayado
PREPARACIÓN
- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados, mientras triturar los frutos secos y el coco rallado en una procesadora o batidora hasta que queden hechos harina.
- Añadimos canela y nuez moscada al gusto.
- Se puede añadir levadura si queremos que queden jugositas y esponjosas.
- Reservamos toda la mezcla en un bol.
- En el mismo recipiente donde lo hemos batido todo, trituramos plátanos y zanahorias y, cuando esté la masa triturada añadimos el huevo, un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra y otro de leche de coco o aceite de coco.
- Unificamos las dos masas en un sólo bol. Si vemos que la mezcla queda muy líquida podemos añadir más coco rallado o frutos secos triturados.
- Una vez queda consistente,sólo quedará verterlo en moldes de magdalenas o cualquier otro molde y al horno media hora a 180 grados.
- A disfrutar de madalenas saludables!
Si os falta algún ingrediente no dejéis de hacer la receta, innovad, podeis hacerlas con cacao 100% con avena con lo que se os ocurra.. o con pasta de dátiles… mermelada casera… echarles cacao por encima.. mil variantes y estarán todas buenísimas seguro!
