Ingredientes

  • Copos de avena finos230 g
  • Levadura química (impulsor)g
  • Canela molidag
  • Jengibre molidog
  • Salg
  • Almendras crudas peladas picadas o laminadas80 g
  • Sirope o crema de dátiles (o plátano maduro machadado)50 ml
  • Leche o bebida vegetal440 ml
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra o girasol30 ml
  • Esencia de vainillaml
  • Huevos1
  • Arándanos frescos80 g
  • Fresa o fresón al gusto
  • Coco rallado al gusto (opcional)
  • Semillas de lino al gusto (opcional)

Cómo hacer avena horneada con arándanos, fresas y almendras

Precalentar el horno a 170ºC y preparar un molde o fuente de unos 28×15 cm, aproximadamente. Podemos engrasarlo ligeramente con aceite para facilitar el desmoldado posterior.

Combinar en un recipiente los copos de avena con la levadura, las especias, la sal y unos 50 g de las almendras, reservando el resto. También podemos combinar copos de avena de diferentes tamaños para darle otra textura a la miga.

Batir con unas varillas manuales en otro cuenco la leche con el sirope de dátiles o plátano machacado, la vainilla, el huevo y el aceite. Echar a los ingredientes secos y combinar bien, añadiendo los arándanos.

Verter en el molde, procurando que quede distribuido de forma homogénea, y coronar con fresas lavadas y cortadas al gusto, semillas de lino y el resto de las almendras, añadiendo más cantidad si lo deseamos. **Hornear durante unos 35-40 minutos, hasta que esté bien dorado por arriba. Servir con coco rallado, si se desea.
