Ejemplo de dieta disociada… Nada saludable.

Buenas a todos. Hoy cuelgo esta dieta disociada como ejemplo de cómo NO TIENE QUE SER UNA DIETA… LO QUE DEBEMOS EVITAR.

Os enuncio los motivos y carencias de esta dieta y por qué no es adecuada para perder perso y mantenerlo:

-La primera: sólo nombra la fruta para la mañana… nunca durante el resto del día. La fruta es saludable y es perfectamente compatible con la pérdida de peso tomándola a cualquier hora del día o después de las comidas como postre. Llevo 28 kg perdidos y siempre o casi siempre ceno de postre una pieza de fruta. No le tengais miedo a la fruta es lo que menos debeis temer cuando estamos perdiendo peso. Su azúcar es el que utiliza el cuerpo como gasolina y por la noche el cerebro, el corazón los riñones, todo sigue funcionando; por ende no se almacena como grasa sino que se usa como energía.

-Menciona las gulas o angulas varias veces. Perdonen pero en una «dieta» o alimentación saludable hay que buscar procesados lo mas naturales posible y las gulas son lo mas ultraprocesado que hay en el mercado. Cierto es que no tienen calorías pero son 30% despojos de pescado y un 70% almidones, féculas, azúcares y aditivos es decir nada de pescado. Una lata de atún es una mejor opción.

-Faltan hidratos! Menciona algo de pan y espaguetis que encima no menciona que sean integrales que son mucho más interesantes nutricionalmente. Ni menciona apenas arroz patatas o frutos secos o quinoa o legumbres. No podemos vivir sin hidratos son nuestra gasolina y nuestra energía y es un gran error eliminarlos mientras perdemos peso porque cuando los volvamos a introducir al llegar a nuestro peso, recuperaremos el peso o parte del peso perdido.

-No obtienes todos los nutrientes. No es completa al separar hidratos de proteinas en la comida estás dejando al cuerpo sin los nutrientes esenciales y sin muchas opciones para crear platos deliciosos y sanos como unos espaguetis integrales con pollo y verdura que tienen todo lo que el cuerpo necesita. Es una práctica habitual separar hidratos de proteínas y no tiene ningún sentido.

-Es una dieta muy aburrida. Siempre es lo mismo, no varía no hay legumbres no hay apenas pasta, no hay lasaña de verduras, no da lugar a que aprendamos a comer, es una dieta de fotocopia que no enseña no reeduca nutricionalmente. Te dice lo que comer cada día y no te deja experimentar crear tus platos. Es decir: no crea adherencia a esa dieta y en tres meses te vas a aburrir la vas a dejar y volverás a comer como antes y el efecto rebote será brutal. Debemos conseguir encontrar el equilibrio entre comer sano, un pequeño déficit calórico que es lo que nos hará adelgazar y disfrutar de la comida que cada vez que nos sentemos a comer digamos menudo plato me voy a comer! y no… vaya aburrimiento otra vez merluza y judías verdes.. Eso hay que conseguir y con este tipo de dietas no se consigue.

-Otras razones: la gelatina está bien pero desplaza a la fruta que es más interesante nutricionalmente. Yogur 0% no es necesario.. el yogur y la leche pueden ser enteros, ya que su grasa es buena y sacia mucho más y está más sabroso. La diferencia de calorías no está justificada y un yogur entero no te va a hacer dejar de perder peso.
El desayuno es monótono siempre lo mismo, en serio? Se puede desayunar variadísimo y sanísimo dulce y salado. Yogur natural con avena y fruta, kefir con nueces y plátano, yogur con fruta y dátiles o pasta de dátil, una tostada integral con guacamole y un huevo duro… etc etc en la web tenéis muchísimos ejemplos y en el canal subimos cada día cientos de publicaciones.

En resumen no hagáis dietas de este tipo por favor no son factibles no es la forma de adelgazar, sólo una alimentación equilibrada variada y sostenible en el tiempo es la solución. Y ejercicio por supuesto. Así que este es un claro ejemplo de cómo NO DEBE SER UNA ALIMENTACIÓN PARA LA PEŔDIDA DE PESO.
