Super saludables y ricos!

INGREDIENTES:

  • 2 o 3 pechugas de pollo troceadas o picaditas.
  • 2 calabacines grandotes, que se puedan rellenar.
  • Queso de untar light (El del mercadona es muy apto).
  • Sal, aceite, especias. (orégano para adornar).

PREPARACIÓN:

  • Se cuecen unos minutitos los calabacines y se cortan por la mitad y se vacían dejando un poquito de carne.
  • Se hacen a la mitad las pechugas, vuelta y vuelta en una sartén. Luego la desmigamos. y la salteamos con las verduras que queramos y la carne del calabacín y especias que queramos.
  • Rellenamos el calabacín con la mezcla y le ponemos encima el queso de untar.
  • Espolvoreamos orégano y al horno hasta que veamos que están doraditos a unos 170º y los podemos gratinar.
