INGREDIENTES

  • Medio litro de leche desnatada
  • 4 huevos
  • Edulcorante o miel
  • Un poco de vainilla

PREPARACIÓN

  • CARAMELO: Mezclar el edulcorante o la miel con agua caliente para que se disuelva. Ponemos el caramelo por toda la base de la fuente donde vamos a hornear.
  • Luego batir todos los ingredientes bien y ponerlos en la fuente caramelizada.
  • 45min a 180 grados en el horno y dejar enfriar dentro.
  • Volcar en otro plato u otra fuente del mismo o mayor tamaño que la del horno para que caiga entero y el caramelo se quede arriba.
  • Disfrutar.
