- 4 huevos
- Edulcorante o miel
- Un poco de vainilla
PREPARACIÓN
- CARAMELO: Mezclar el edulcorante o la miel con agua caliente para que se disuelva. Ponemos el caramelo por toda la base de la fuente donde vamos a hornear.
- Luego batir todos los ingredientes bien y ponerlos en la fuente caramelizada.
- 45min a 180 grados en el horno y dejar enfriar dentro.
- Volcar en otro plato u otra fuente del mismo o mayor tamaño que la del horno para que caiga entero y el caramelo se quede arriba.
- Disfrutar.
