  • Coliflor rayada en crudo.
  • Verduras: champiñones, espárragos verdes cebolla cortada en trozos pequeños.
  • Especias: pimenton rojo dulce, ajo en polvo y pimienta.
  • Sal y Aceite de oliva virgen extra.
  • Jamoncitos serranos en taquitos.


  • Una vez rayada la coliflor, la ponemos en la sarten con algo de aceite y tambien el resto de las verduras.
  • Aparte hacemos los jamoncitos en otra sartén y los doramos con otro poco de aceite de oliva.
  • Cuando estén los mezclamos con las verduras. Ponemos la sal y las especias y lo último el pimentón dulce. La cantidad a vuestro gusto pero sin pasarse que sino está muy fuerte.
  • Meneamos todo bien y servimos.
