Patatas Gajo a la freidora por aire
Riquísimas!

INGREDIENTES:

  • Dos o tres patatas medianas lavadas y cortadas en gajo (con la piel y todo)
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Pimentón, sal y especias (yo ajo en polvo y perejil)
  • Harina integral de espelta o la que tengáis.

PREPARACIÓN:

  • Meter en una bolsa de congelador las patatas y todas las especias y la harina y el aceite.
  • Cerrar la bolsa y darle un buen meneo hasta que veáis que se mezcla todo.
  • Sacarlas de la bolsa directamente a la freidora (si es de cestita yo le pongo papel vegetal)
  • Media hora a 180º (Sirve también para el horno convencional)
  • Ir abriendo de vez en cuando y removiéndolas.
  • Servir y disfrutar!
