Receta de mi abueli a ella le sale mejor xD

INGREDIENTES

  • Espinacas frescas o de bolsa (no congeladas).
  • 1/2 bote grande de garbanzos.
  • Judías verdes, cebolla, zanahoria.
  • Una patata grande cortada en dados.
  • Sal, Aceite de Oliva, cúrcuma.
  • Arroz

PREPARACIÓN

  • En una olla grande echamos todo y dejamos cocer dos horas o mas hasta quue veamos que el agua está verde de las espinacas.
  • 20 minutos antes de comer echamos el arroz y luego servimos.
