
INGREDIENTES
- Espinacas frescas o de bolsa (no congeladas).
- 1/2 bote grande de garbanzos.
- Judías verdes, cebolla, zanahoria.
- Una patata grande cortada en dados.
- Sal, Aceite de Oliva, cúrcuma.
- Arroz
PREPARACIÓN
- En una olla grande echamos todo y dejamos cocer dos horas o mas hasta quue veamos que el agua está verde de las espinacas.
- 20 minutos antes de comer echamos el arroz y luego servimos.
