Signage is very helpful and free parking is easy to find. Casino is well laid out and has several choices for a place to eat. Rewards program is very good as points can be added and used elsewhere. Dis A 1 contribution. Be careful when visiting this casino. My family and i visited this casino and were attacked in the parking garage by three men just lingering in the parking garage. Security was very slow to respond and when they did arrive their answer was for us to just leave. Didnt ask if we were ok or anything I had to call the state police when I got home to press charges. Thank God my brother and newphew were able to defend us 3 women. They allowed these individuals to leave with no charges until we called back to demand that charges were pressed needless to say there answer was u can ask for a security escort if u dont feel safe. Are the really able to drive the thousand of people that come there to there cars. I dont think so will not be back. Worth a Visit. Ease of parking and finding casino floor is good. The bathroom was large and clean. Beverage service while gambling was very slow, and very weak drinks. Too many penny machines. A substantial number of machines were unavailable due to Covid and there were also machines not working because there weren't enough staff members on the floor. The air is so saturated with perfume that I could barely breathe. It's general knowledge that many people suffer from serious chemical sensitivities, and it's incredible that an environment like this is acceptable to management. When I asked the cashier about it and what scent it was, she said "All I know is that I'm not dead from it yet. When I got home I had to wash every single piece of clothing, including my winter coat, and had to take a shower to get the smell out of my hair and off my face. The TV is placed on the side wall from the bed. That is quite unusual compared to any other hotel we have stayed in. No coffee machine in the room. Only one end table along the side of the bed.
